Responsibilities
Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy that aligns with our vision for growth across the Portland region.
Mentor and coach individual team members, helping them refine their sales techniques and reach their professional milestones.
Cultivate and maintain long-standing relationships with key community figures and local business owners.
Analyze sales metrics to identify performance trends and pivot strategies when necessary to ensure consistent success.
Collaborate with the broader leadership team to streamline processes and improve the overall client onboarding experience.
Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates the team to perform at their best every single day.
Requirements
Active Property & Casualty and Life insurance producer licenses in the state of Maine.
Five or more years of experience in insurance sales with a documented track record of exceeding goals.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team.
Deep understanding of the Maine insurance market and local client dynamics.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills for networking and community engagement.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
