$32.90 – $39.94/hour
(Based on verifiable experience)

$6,000 Sign-On Bonus

What You’ll Do???? Direct Care & Clinical Oversight
  • Deliver individualized nursing care to adult and geriatric residents

  • Complete assessments and care plan updates

  • Administer medications and treatments safely

  • Monitor resident conditions and respond to emergencies effectively

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Leadership & Team Coordination
  • Support and guide nursing assistants

  • Provide coaching and direction to team members

  • Serve as Nurse in Charge when assigned

  • Communicate with physicians, the Director of Nursing, and other departments

Communication & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers

  • Educate residents and families on treatments and care plans

Safety, Compliance & Quality
  • Follow infection control and safety regulations

  • Protect resident rights and confidentiality

  • Report incidents or concerns promptly

  • Participate in quality improvement and ongoing training

Qualifications

✔ Current, unencumbered Minnesota RN license
✔ Current CPR certification
✔ Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills
✔ Excellent communication and documentation abilities
✔ Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
✔ Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift/push/pull 30–60 lbs with assistance as needed

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

  • Ability to work in physically and emotionally demanding situations
