Chief Marketing Officer - National Plaintiff Law Firm (Confidential)

L&W Recruiting is conducting a confidential executive search for a Chief Marketing Officer on behalf of a nationally recognized plaintiff's litigation firm. This is a newly created executive seat reporting directly to firm leadership, with ownership of a sophisticated, high-spend, multi-channel marketing operation. The firm's identity is shared with qualified candidates only.

What You Will Own:

- The full marketing mix: television advertising (major-market and national), pay-per-click (Google and Bing), SEO, and paid social — with significant budget authority

- Strategy, spend allocation, and performance across all channels for a high-volume consumer legal practice

- Vendor, agency, and media-buying relationships

- Building on an already extensive advertising presence and elevating it

Who We Are Looking For:

- A senior in-house marketing leader at a large consumer-facing law firm — or a comparable high-spend, direct-response advertiser

- Hands-on command of big-budget TV, PPC, SEO, and social campaigns, not just oversight from a distance

- A seasoned executive comfortable owning the function end-to-end and reporting directly to firm leadership

- Willing to work on-site in Philadelphia — full relocation, living-expense, and sign-on support are available for the right candidate

Compensation: Open and commensurate with experience. Relocation, living expenses, and sign-on are all negotiable.
