What Youll Do

As an Outside Sales Representative, youll manage and grow customer relationships across a fivestate territory. Youll work directly with feed mills, grain elevators, processors, and maintenance teamshelping them find the right parts and solutions to keep their operations productive.

• Build longterm partnerships with existing customers
• Develop new business within agricultural and industrial markets
• Recommend replacement parts, maintenance items, and equipment solutions
• Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities, and close sales
• Travel regularly throughout your territory and represent Express at industry events

What Were Looking For

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (industrial or agricultural preferred)
• Strong relationshipbuilding and communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude or willingness to learn technical products
• Selfmotivated, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
