Part-Time/Full-Time Production & Quality Control Associate (Richmond / UCSF)

We are a small, fast-growing online retail business building cool and fun products. Our work involves designing and assembling small part together by hand into finished pieces, ensuring that every item meets our high standards of quality.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on individual to join our team part-time. You’ll play a key role in the production process, ensuring each piece is carefully inspected, assembled, and ready for retail. This is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in a growing online retail business.

What You’ll Do:
- Assembling and Disassembling products by hand
- Inspect components and products for quality control
- Help manage inventory and production flow
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and maintain high standards

What We’re Looking For:
- A keen eye for detail and a strong appreciation for craftsmanship
- Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn new manual skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, dedicated team
- Previous experience in production, assembly, or quality control is a plus, but not required
