Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Early dementia, needs help taking medications. My sister is her main caregiver and would like some help with errands as well as companionship. When she travels someone to stay with her or at least stop 2 times a day. She is not motivated at this time to meet new friends at the independent facility she is at. About the care needs: Outgoing, empathetic, supportive but not a pushover Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
