Nanny Needed For My Children

Looking for an experienced adult respite caregiver for a 16-year-old girl with emotional/behavioral needs. Must be comfortable with teen supervision, trauma-informed care, firm boundaries, and overnight care in our home. This is not a typical babysitting job. Duties include supervision, maintaining house rules, no unauthorized phone/internet access, no visitors, no leaving the home without permission, and contacting parent/emergency services if safety concerns arise. Must have strong references and background screening.
