Our client, a leading aerospace maintenance organization, is seeking a Maintenance Repair Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Repair Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) department supporting the repair and overhaul of critical engine components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: MRO Repair Technician
Location: Euclid, OH
Pay Range: $25/hr
Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
What's the Job?
- Disassemble, inspect, and reassemble customer field returns of main engine fuel pumps and other pumping devices following technical manuals and approved procedures.
- Perform repairs and overhauls in compliance with FAA, EASA, and CAAC approved standards.
- Prepare detailed documentation for each repaired or overhauled unit, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain current knowledge of all regulatory requirements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external customers to ensure smooth repair processes and quality standards.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of two years experience maintaining mechanical devices such as pumps and motors.
- Ability to use measurement and specialized equipment, including understanding engineering drawings and repair sketches.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
