General Production Associate - Entry Level

Location: Okemah, OK
Pay: $15.00/hour
Work Environment: Not climate controlled
First Shift

We're looking for dependable, safety-minded individuals to join our production team! If you enjoy hands-on work and are committed to quality, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.

• Perform material handling duties, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.

• Follow all safety policies and procedures, including proper use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Conduct visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area through routine housekeeping and general maintenance.

• Follow all workplace rules, standard operating procedures, and supervisor instructions.

• Complete production tasks and other assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience
