Production Technician

Our client, a leading manufacturer specializing in onboard dock and seawater reverse osmosis systems, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting assembly and production processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to teamwork, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Production Technician

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: 8AM-5PM

Shift: $20

What's the Job?

• Assemble and prepare consumable kits such as filters and anti-scale components according to build sheets and instructions
• Support with component preparation and layout to ensure efficient production flow
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment adhering to safety standards
• Assist with basic product knowledge and assembly preparation to support team goals
• Perform related duties as assigned to support overall manufacturing operations

What's Needed?

• Mechanical aptitude and a strong attention to detail
• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
• Physical capability to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods
