Career Strategies is hiring experienced Turn Technicians to assist with the busy student housing turn season beginning July 27!

Position: Turn Technician
Schedule: Full-Time
Start Date: July 27
Responsibilities:
Join our maintenance team during the fast-paced student housing turn season. You'll help prepare apartment homes for new residents by completing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including:
• Apartment turns and make-readies
• Work orders and punch list items
• Basic electrical and plumbing repairs
• HVAC troubleshooting and preventative maintenance (EPA certification is a plus but not required)
• Appliance repair
• Carpentry
• Interior painting and drywall repair
• General maintenance and grounds cleanup
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and move-in ready community
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of apartment maintenance or related maintenance experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Must provide your own basic hand tools
• Reliable transportation
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
