Stucco Laborer (Will Train!)

Pay is competitive and will depend on experience and will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead plasterers/applicators in preparing surfaces for stucco application.

• Mix plaster, stucco, and mortar to the correct consistency.

• Set up, move, and dismantle scaffolding safely.

• Transport materials, lath, and tools across the job site.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

To keep our job sites running safely and smoothly, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Reliability: You must be highly dependable, show up on time, and have a strong work ethic.

• Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation to get to job sites daily.

• Language: Must be able to speak fluent English to ensure clear communication and safety on-site.

• Physical Strength: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials up to 100 lbs throughout the workday.

• Comfort with Heights: Must be comfortable working on scaffolding (not afraid of heights).

• Experience: Prior construction, masonry, or stucco experience is a major plus, but not required. We are ready to train the right person!
