Marketing Assistant

A Sports Marketing organization in White Plains, NY is seeking a Marketing/Membership Assistant on a long term, potential temp-to-direct hire basis. This position will be based out of White Plains, and on a hybrid basis (3 days per week onsite, 2 days per week remote), Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.

Our client is seeking someone with excellent telephone etiquette, great attention to detail and problem-solving skills, who is technically savvy. You will be a liaison between the organization and the call center, to ensure quality customer experiences and satisfactory issue resolution. You will work with translation of complex systems updates into clear communications to minimize confusion and streamline problem solving efforts by working collaboratively and ensuring clear messaging to roll out updates effectively. Also responsible for updating data, performing user testing, and troubleshooting new online member registration process issues, and providing assistance with processing and billing related inquiries.

- Travel will be required throughout the greater NYC area to provide full time onsite event support up to 2-4 weeks per year.

- Bachelor's Degree required

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication, internet research, and MS Office skills (specifically Excel)
