Onsite Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced, organized, and professional Onsite Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a condominium association. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Trustees, residents, and vendors to ensure the community is well-maintained and operates efficiently. Salary is $70,000-$80,000

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community.
• Work directly with the Board of Trustees and attend Board meetings.
• Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and enforce governing documents.
• Manage work orders, inspections, and maintenance projects.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and meeting materials.
• Assist with capital improvement projects and resident communications.

Qualifications:

• Prior community association or property management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; HOA management software experience is a plus.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designation is a plus but not required.
