In peak season (fall-spring will be 8:30am-5pm MWF, 8:30am-6pm T/TH

$19, if bilingual with English/Spanish or English/Hmong will be $20

Provide limited income families with the services and assistance necessary to prevent and or alleviate energy-related emergencies from occurring, while promoting initiatives that result in a family’s long-term self-sufficiency. Empathy and strong attendance are major factors. Will work in the call center type setting with candidates but will work at front desk as well as needed.

Responsibilities

• Screen candidates over phone and in person for energy assistance services.
• Collect and verify candidate documentation.
• Work at the front desk and complete general administrative type tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years call center or office-based customer service experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong work history dates
