What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations while maintaining outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Coach, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure exceptional food, beverage, and service standards.
• Manage bar operations and support beverage programs.
• Monitor labor, sales, and operational performance.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture.
• Help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Current Restaurant Manager in a casual dining restaurant.
• At least 2 years of Restaurant Management experience.
• Minimum 1 year of bar management experience.
• Experience managing restaurants with $2 million+ annual sales volume.
• Stable work history (no excessive job hopping).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for hospitality and team development.
