Required Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude to diagnose, repair, and maintain machine shop equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Ability to read blueprints and fabricate components to exact specifications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
• Experience with CNC G&M code programming.
• Experience with CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in designing and fabricating modification fixtures.
• Knowledge of equipment troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting.
• Prior experience with preventive maintenance strategies.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or technical school certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance machinist role within a manufacturing environment.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work in a manufacturing setting, adhering to safety protocols.
• Willingness to perform inspections, refurbishments, and training as needed.
