Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Change Management Lead to support large-scale transformation initiatives within a regulated environment. This role will focus on executing organizational change management (OCM) strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, supporting change readiness, and ensuring successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, and transformation programs, preferably within the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute change management strategies aligned with business transformation goals.
- Support change readiness activities, adoption planning, and stakeholder engagement efforts.
- Develop and deliver communication plans, presentations, and stakeholder-facing materials.
- Conduct readiness assessments, track adoption metrics, and identify change-related risks.
- Coordinate site-level change activities with project teams and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and feedback sessions to drive alignment.
- Support change networks and engagement activities across impacted teams/sites.
- Develop training support materials and communication assets.
- Apply structured OCM methodologies to ensure consistent change execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in organizational change management, communications, consulting, or transformation programs.
- Experience supporting large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience with:
- Stakeholder engagement
- Communication planning and execution
- Change readiness assessments
- Workshop facilitation
- Training and deployment support
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as:
- Prosci ADKAR
- Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model
- Kurt Lewin Change Management Model
- Experience supporting digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.
- Experience with Veeva implementations (QMS, Complaints, Quality Systems).
- Experience transitioning from paper-based processes to electronic systems.
- Experience supporting global and matrixed organizations.
