The firm is led by a highly skilled attorney with nearly 15 years of trial experience in family law. She has successfully handled over 1,000 family law cases, including hundreds of Domestic Violence trials. She is widely regarded as one of the most skilled domestic violence trial attorneys in the area. This firm supports local community services and projects. After one year of employment, employees qualify for the firm’s 401k program.

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Greet clients, guests, and vendors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Organize client files and prepare for court hearings
- Process payments
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager
- Assist attorney and staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive client information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
