Job Description
Job Summary
This position will provide operational support for the Ranch's hunting program and other Ranch Operations activities, including housekeeping, assisting with guest services, event coordination, inventory management, and a variety of ranch-wide assignments. This individual is responsible for maintaining Ranch cabins, guest houses, and related facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for hunters, guests, and employees. The position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality while supporting the day-to-day operations of the Special Services Department.
Essential Functions:
· Clean, maintain, and prepare Ranch cabins, guest houses, and associated facilities to a high standard including restocking individual cabin amenities (toiletries, paper goods, beverages, and other guest supplies) as part of each cabin turnover.
· Maintain inventories of supplies, equipment, food, and amenities for cabins and hunting operations.
· Assist with the preparation, support, and cleanup of hunting activities, including ensuring facilities and equipment are ready for guests, including washing of bedding and linen.
· Provide hospitality support for hunters, guests, vendors, and company visitors.
· Assist with the setup and breakdown of company meetings, events, and special functions.
· Operate Ranch vehicles and transport supplies, bedding/linen or equipment as needed.
· Perform general support duties for the Special Services Department and other Ranch Operations departments as assigned.
· Assist with other duties necessary to ensure the successful operation of the Ranch's hunting, hospitality, and special events programs.
· Report maintenance issues, damage, or safety concerns observed in cabins, guest houses, or Ranch facilities to the appropriate supervisor promptly.
· Maintain accurate lost-and-found records for items left by guests; retain found items in a secure designated location and follow Ranch protocols for return or disposition.
· Assist with food and beverage setup, staging, and service in support of hunting programs and Ranch events, in compliance with applicable food safety requirements.
