Payment Recovery Specialist

Above All Personnel is partnering with a respected organization seeking a Payment Recovery Specialist to join their team. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels in customer communication, account management, and finding effective solutions.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting account resolution efforts by communicating with customers, reviewing account information, and assisting with payment recovery processes while maintaining a professional and service-focused approach.

Key Qualifications:

· Experience in collections, accounts receivable, payment recovery, or related customer service roles

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to handle sensitive account conversations with professionalism

· Excellent organization and attention to detail

· Ability to meet goals while providing outstanding customer support

· Maintain compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FBCPA) & Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Regulations

Ideal Applicants will Have:

· Collections or accounts receivable experience

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Attention to detail and ability to stay organized

· Professional customer service approach

· Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Proposed Schedule:

• Mon–Thu: Two days 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Two days 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Every Other Friday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Every Other Friday & Saturday (post–Labor Day only): 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
