Role Summary

As a Commercial Door Technician, you will install, service, and maintain specialty commercial door and partition systems while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.

What You'll Do

• Install, service, and maintain architectural and industrial door systems and operable walls
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control-system components
• Complete work documentation and communicate with project teams
• Follow all Skold safety protocols and maintain clean job sites

Job Requirements

• Perform tasks involving physical labor at project sites
• Follow safety rules and regulations established by Skold and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
• Able to work in all elements of the outdoor environment which include the heat, cold, rain, snow, wind, etc.
• Able to access all areas of the jobsite, which include stairs, scaffolding, ladders, elevation changes, etc.
• Must be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the job and have reliable means of transportation
• Must be willing to work out of town with expenses paid as needed
• Must live within driving distance of our office. (1400 B Deadwood Ave, Rapid City, SD )
