Location: Santa Rosa, CA (Onsite)

Schedule:

• Monday & Tuesday
• Approximately 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• 12 hours per week

Contract: 6 Months

Pay Rate: $19.68 - $21.09/hour

Job Summary

We're seeking an entry-level Drug Manufacturing Technician / Screening Lab Tech I to join a laboratory team in Santa Rosa, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain laboratory or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.

In this role, you'll assist with specimen preparation for immunoassay testing while ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare urine specimen aliquots for testing
• Receive, sort, scan, and label specimens
• Verify specimen information and documentation
• Operate barcode scanners and computer systems
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Complete documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support laboratory personnel with specimen processing
• Follow cGMP and laboratory safety procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• No prior laboratory experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable handling biological specimens
• Basic computer skills
• Microsoft Word and Excel experience preferred
• Barcode scanner experience preferred
• Aliquoting or laboratory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
