Warehouse/Forklift - 1st shift

(Ponchatoula, LA): Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a Warehouse Helper to assist with production support activities and loading/unloading operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties:

• Assist with general production support as needed

• Load and unload materials, products, and supplies safely and efficiently

• Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment or by hand

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

• Support team members and supervisors with additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements/Skills:

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred but not required

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to assist in multiple areas of warehouse operations as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods

• Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
