Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians with make-ready experience for apartment communities in Copperas Cove, TX and Lampasas, TX. If you're dependable, take pride in your work, and can efficiently prepare apartments for new residents, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Perform service requests and preventative maintenance
• Repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance items
• Ensure apartments are move-in ready
• Maintain property grounds and common areas as needed
• Work closely with the property management team

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Make-ready experience required
• HVAC/EPA certification preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
