Encore Oilfield Services, LLC is seeking a skilled, safety-focused Winch Truck Driver to join our team in Brock, Texas. This position is responsible for safely transporting, loading, and unloading heavy oilfield and natural gas compression equipment to and from customer locations while maintaining compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities- Operate winch trucks to safely load, transport, and unload heavy oilfield and compression equipment.
- Secure loads in accordance with DOT regulations and company procedures.
- Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and transportation documentation.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, customers, and field personnel.
- Follow all company safety policies, DOT regulations, and customer site requirements.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Assist with yard and field operations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment while representing Encore Oilfield Services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of winch truck or oilfield hauling experience.
- Knowledge of oilfield operations, including oversized and permitted loads.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience transporting natural gas compression equipment or other heavy oilfield equipment.
- H2S, PEC, or other industry-recognized safety certifications.
- Familiarity with DOT regulations and oilfield transportation requirements.

- Ability to sit, drive, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions while wearing required PPE.
This position primarily works in oilfield, customer, and equipment repair environments. Frequent travel is required, including occasional overnight stays. Per diem is provided when applicable.
