PEDIATRIC HOME HEALTH DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Department Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Pediatric Home Health Department. This role is responsible for ensuring quality patient care, supporting clinical staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and care coordination.
• Supervise and support nurses, therapists, and healthcare staff.
• Ensure compliance with CMS, HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulations.
• Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Support patient satisfaction, retention, and positive clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership on departmental goals and growth initiatives.
• Maintain effective staffing, documentation, and operational processes.

Must meet one of the following:

• Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

• Minimum one (1) year of supervisory or administrative experience in pediatric home health, home health, or a related healthcare setting a plus.
