Full job description Responsibilities:
- Engage and welcome clients exceeding their expectations from the moment you interact over the phone and in person.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take initiative and with empathy assist all clients in person and over the phone while providing information
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Skills:
- Proficient in computerized systems and software applications

Previous experience working in a veterinary office is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Ability to handle multiple phone lines with professionalism and phone etiquette
- Accurate data entry skills with a focus on speed and efficiency
