We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Front-of-House Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and exceptional guest satisfaction
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a professional, service-focused team
• Partner with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure timely, seamless execution
• Drive revenue while managing costs and operational efficiency
• Address guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant environment
• Lead team meetings and ongoing training to promote engagement and performance
• Manage inventory and coordinate with vendors to maintain appropriate stock levels
• Stay current with industry trends to keep the restaurant competitive and innovative

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
