Lease on with an established and growing motor carrier as a Class B or Non-CDL Owner Operator and take control of your earning potential while we handle the back-end support. What You’ll Do

• Operate your own Class B truck, box truck, or qualifying non-CDL vehicle to complete scheduled freight deliveries.
• Run local and regional routes with the option to expand based on your availability and goals.
• Use GPS and dispatch tools to ensure efficient routing and on-time performance.
• Safely load, transport, and unload freight using liftgates, pallet jacks, or manual handling as needed.
• Secure cargo properly to prevent damage and maintain delivery integrity.
• Maintain required logs, delivery documentation, and inspection records in compliance with applicable DOT standards.
• Communicate consistently with dispatch for load updates, route adjustments, and support.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and keep your equipment in safe operating condition.

What You Bring

• Your own Class B truck, box truck, or non-CDL vehicle (meeting weight and safety requirements)
• Valid Class B CDL or standard driver’s license (based on equipment classification)
• Active DOT number (if required) and ability to meet FMCSA guidelines
• Clean driving record and commitment to safety
• Experience in delivery driving, logistics, or freight handling preferred
• Professional attitude and strong communication skills
