RN Homecare

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) with home healthcare experience to join our team. The RN will play a key role in providing direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting the overall health and recovery of our patients.

Location

Warren County, Ohio and Butler County, Ohio

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong Oasis Assessment Skill (SOC/ROC/Recert)
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physical therapists and healthcare team members
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management
• Supervision of Clinical (LPN/HHA) Staff in the field.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Ohio
• CPR/BLS certification
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Experience in a rehabilitation or outpatient setting is a plus

Pay rate for PRN/Per-diem: $45.00-$50.00 per hour.
