Job Description:
Racking and unracking metal parts for:

• anodizing
• painting
• packaging

Ensuring top-quality results while working alongside skilled professionals.

Location: Binghamton, NY

Required Skills:

• Previous experience in powder coating
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in metal finishing, manufacturing, or related fields
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication skills for collaboration and reporting
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to use specialized tools
• Physical capacity to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform bending, twisting, and reaching tasks
• Ability to follow safety procedures and wear PPE
• Physical endurance for repetitive tasks and manual handling
• Availability to work full-time in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to operate related machinery and equipment

Pay rate & Schedule:

• $17.50 - $20/hr depending on experience
• Monday - Thursday 6:30AM-3:30PM, Friday 6:30AM-12:30PM
