NOW HIRING: Residential Aides – NYC Shelters

We're hiring Residential Aides for shelter locations throughout New York City.

Pay: $17.86 per hour

All shifts available (Days, Evenings & Overnight).

Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring the safety and security of residents and the facility.
• Conducting resident check-ins and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Enforcing program rules and reporting incidents.
• Providing support and directing residents to appropriate services.
• Performing routine facility rounds and ensuring common areas remain clean and safe.
• Assisting with resident intake, discharges, and other daily program operations.
