General Laborer

The General Laborer will support construction and maintenance projects by performing a variety of manual tasks. Working within a small team of 1-5 people, this role involves assisting with material handling, site cleanup, and basic maintenance duties under the guidance of a Project Manager, Foreman, or Supervisor. The position requires adherence to safety standards and occasional local travel.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks related to construction and maintenance
• Handle and move materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and order on job sites
• Load and unload equipment and supplies
• Follow safety protocols and comply with all regulations
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Carry out basic maintenance and tool operation tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds regularly
