About this job
Job Description
Location: Aurora and Denver, CO — In-Home Services
Pay: $27.00–$34.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
About Us
Many RBT positions can feel similar—until you are assigned to a case that is not the right fit.
At Hannah’s Gift ABA, we take a different approach. Instead of simply filling open schedules, we use a culture-first matching process to connect RBTs with clients and clinical teams based on personality, therapy style, experience, and location. Our goal is to create stable schedules and placements where both the technician and family can succeed.
We are currently hiring certified RBTs in the Aurora and Denver areas who are ready to begin immediately.
Why Join Our Team?
Competitive Pay: Earn $27–$34 per hour, with additional performance and consistency bonuses.
Thoughtful Case Matching: We work to place you with families where your strengths, experience, and personality are a good fit.
Quick Onboarding: Qualified candidates may be able to begin working as early as this week.
Growth Opportunities: Leadership pathways and additional hours may be available for team members who are interested.
Your Role
You will provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy in clients’ homes under the supervision and guidance of a supportive BCBA.

- Collecting accurate session data to support clinical decision-making
- Maintaining professional communication with families and clinical supervisors
- Supporting each client’s individualized treatment goals
