Warehouse Lumper - Chino, CA

We are currently hiring Warehouse Lumpers to join our team in Chino, CA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Unload containers and trailers by hand.
• Stack, sort, and organize boxes and products onto pallets.
• Load pallets and prepare shipments for distribution.
• Wrap pallets using shrink wrap.
• Assist with order picking and warehouse organization.
• Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality are required. Consistent attendance is essential to meet production goals and maintain efficient warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
