What You'll Be Doing

You'll play an important role in the company's preconstruction efforts by:

• Preparing detailed estimates for a wide variety of commercial construction projects.
• Performing quantity takeoffs, subcontractor coordination, bid reviews, and cost analysis.
• Working closely with operations, project management, finance, and business development throughout the preconstruction process.
• Visiting project sites to better understand scope, constructability, and project requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve estimating processes, technology, and overall efficiency.
• Helping ensure smooth transitions from estimating through project execution.
• Becoming a trusted resource to leadership on estimating strategy and project planning.

The Person We're Hoping to Find

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems just as much as preparing estimates.

Ideally, you'll have:

• 5+ years of commercial construction estimating experience with a General Contractor.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and estimating best practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, well-thought-out estimates.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to share ideas and challenge existing processes.
• Project management experience is helpful but not required.
• Experience with estimating software and digital construction tools.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of approximately $100,000–$125,000, depending on experience.
• Annual performance bonus.
