✨ Position Highlights

✅ 13-week travel assignment
✅ Consistent Day Shift schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
✅ Work with state-of-the-art Varian TrueBeam & IX linear accelerators
✅ Experience with ARIA Oncology Information System

Minimum Qualifications

✔️ Active New York Radiation Therapy License – Required (Must be in hand before submission)
✔️ Minimum 1 year of Radiation Therapy experience
✔️ Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Radiologic Technology
✔️ Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
✔️ Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with Varian TrueBeam & Varian IX equipment
⭐ Experience using ARIA Software
⭐ Additional radiology-specific training and experience preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and accurate radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions
• Operate advanced Varian TrueBeam and IX linear accelerators
• Utilize ARIA software to document and manage patient treatment plans
• Position patients accurately and ensure treatment precision
• Monitor patients throughout treatment while maintaining exceptional patient care and safety
• Maintain compliance with all radiation safety standards and facility protocols
• Collaborate with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Dosimetrists, and the multidisciplinary care team
• Maintain all required state licenses, ARRT registration, and certifications
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
