Drive Thru Operator

The Drive Thru Operator plays a crucial role in delivering efficient and friendly service to customers at the drive-thru window. Working as part of a small team, typically consisting of 2-3 operators per shift, this role focuses on order taking, cashiering, and providing customer assistance during regular day shifts. The operator regularly uses Point of Sale (POS) systems and reports directly to a supervisor or shift lead.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and promptly
