Nurse LPN

Staff Nurse (RN/LPN) – Adult Medical Community Home

Make a real difference while providing one-on-one, compassionate care to medically fragile adults with profound intellectual and developmental disabilities. With a 2:1 nurse-to-resident ratio, you'll have the time and support to deliver exceptional care in a rewarding, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide tracheostomy, ventilator, and tube feeding care
• Complete assessments and documentation
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and community outings
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide high-quality, person-centered care

Qualifications

• Current PA RN or LPN license (Compact License accepted)
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus
