Machine Operator

A-Line Staffing is now hiring for a Machine Operator. The Machine Operator would be working for a major company and has career growth otential.

Machine Operator Compensation:

• Payrate: $18.55 per hour
• Shift: 3rd
  Time: 10pm - 06:30 am

Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Performs routine set up, operation, minor routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of moderately complex manufacturing equipment.
• Controls and adjusts machine settings to ensure consistent quality of in-process parts.
• Assists with root-cause analysis activities for process or product exceptions.
• Ensures accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance documents.
• Dedicates time to the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of basic issues associated with machine performance.
• Demonstrates the ability to follow established procedures according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Performs other duties as required.

Machine Operator REQUIREMENTS:

Critical Information

• Shift: 3rd, Time: 10pm - 06:30 am.
• Onboarding will be 1 week (M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm); workers are required to attend.
• Must be able to work overtime as required to meet business requirements.

Education/Licenses Needed

• High school diploma with 2 years of manufacturing experience, AA technical degree with no experience preferred.
