Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children in Las Vegas. We would prefer someone who could help out with meal preparation. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who is willing to drive children and who is comfortable to do so. I am a RN and my husband is a pilot. My schedule as a nurse is very scheduled and I know it about a month or so out. My husband's is usually set trips on set days and we know it a couple weeks in advance. We are looking for someone who can watch occasionally watch our angels for my whole 12 hour shift, but it wouldn't likely always be that long.
