Human Resource Assistant in Gallatin, TN 

Work for an international manufacturing facility Gallatin, TN 

 Hiring Immediately - Must be able to commute to Gallatin, TN. 

Job Description: 

• Assist with new hire orientation
• Complete HR documents in system
• FMLA tracking (admin)
• Compliance items – example posters, I9 etc.
• Manage Wellness Program
• Manage Employee Engagement Program
• have working knowledge of process improvements/simplification (new hire orientation as an example)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• AS/AA or BS/BA preferred but NOT required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn industry products and terminology
• Ability to commute to Gallatin, TN
