Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I need an adult care provider with experience. My wife is 58 with neurological balance issues. Our care concerns are: Mobility Assistance (transfer to wheelchair, to toilet, etc), Streching, Dressing, occassional Meal Preparation, set doctor appts or refill prescriptions. 2-3 weekdays per week, days are flexible. I travel once/month, so she'll need assistance with dinner/getting ready for bed when I'm gone -- it would be helpful if you live in/near Allendale.
