About who needs care: CHF, three meningioma debulkings, HTN, limited/difficulty ambulating, fall risk About the care needs: Fun loving personality with ability to be firm as needed. Mobility assistant. He likes golf, racing, cars. He is feeling helpless these days after multiple falls. He is not used to needing help and is declining physical health has really taking a toll. My 80-year-old mother is just not physically equipped to take care of him by herself. She is in the home also. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
