Babysitter Needed

We're a busy, work-from-home household looking for a warm, capable, and highly reliable nanny to become a trusted part of our family's weekday rhythm this fall. The ideal person takes ownership, stays organized, and instinctively looks around to see how things can run better so the household feels calmer and more in order at the end of the day than the start. A typical day: 12 - 1 (before the kids are home) Light household assistance and reset: folding and putting away laundry, tidying shared spaces, prepping a snack, and setting up an activity for the afternoon 1:00: School pickup (using our family vehicle). Afternoon Snack, play, activities, and attentive care for all three through 5pm
