Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We're looking for a warm, reliable, and engaging nanny for our curious 1-year-old son. We'd love someone with toddler experience who is familiar with or enjoys a Montessori-inspired approach that encourages independence, hands-on learning, and following a child's interests.
