Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

We need care for our 5-year-old child Mondays/Wednesday and Fridays--mostly full days but some half as well. Our 5-year-old is a high energy kid who needs some structured learning in the morning and active/outside play in the afternoon. Our child needs a lot of encouragement during mealtimes. Most of the time one parent will be home working in the basement office.
