Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Springfield. We only need care for a few hours, a couple days a week. This will allow Mom to " catch up " on work, and those days and hours are flexible. Mom works from home full time with the child and has cared for the child while working since birth. The 3-year-old child has become more active so a nanny to help with some activities would greatly help supplement the care Mom is already providing and plans to continue to provide. Mom will always be present to help at any time and answer any questions. The home has plenty of space and safe play areas. The neighborhood is highly walkable and nice and a nearby playground is in walking distance.
