Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a flexible, recurring babysitter/family helper in Chapel Hill for a 3-year-old. The schedule is not fixed every week, but we would like to build a relationship with one reliable caregiver who can help on an as-needed basis, usually with about one day's notice. Primary responsibilities include spending time with the child, keeping them engaged with age-appropriate play/activities, and providing safe, attentive care. When time allows, light household help may include tidying, laundry, and simple meal prep such as pasta or easy snacks/meals. Ideal caregiver is reliable, warm, and patient. Experience with toddlers/preschool-age children is preferred.
